About the MSP Lab
The primary research facility within the Center for Applied and Translational Sensory Science (CATSS) is the Multi-Sensory Perception (MSP) Laboratory in Elliott Hall. As part of the CATSS, the Multi-Sensory Perception (MSP) Laboratory houses integrated research tools for studying audio-visual perception in a variety of simulated environments.
The CATSS/MSP Lab consists of three rooms, each with a large sound-attenuating chamber for participant testing, and many specialized pieces of equipment. The CATSS/MSP Lab is a shared research space and is available to groups throughout the University of Minnesota community, as well as industry groups associated with CATSS.
